Madison Miller – University of Wolverhampton

I was first introduced to meditation music in 2015 to help reduce my anxiety. I started with listening to guided meditation a few minutes a day and worked my way to about an hour a day. Taking this time to find peace and relaxation greatly improved my mental health. This is the primary reason I am pursing a PhD in soundscapes, where I generate my own music and explore what relaxation means to me.
